Tasting Notes:
Wine with a deep garnet color, with an aroma of ripe black fruit, notes of dark chocolate and light toast due to aging in barrels. Silky, dense and firm texture, with the tannin structure providing longevity and persistence. Red with a unique personality.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
Accompanies pheasant, duck and soft cheeses.
