Tasting Notes:
Typical Douro aroma, heather and rockrose on the vegetal side, black plum and other black fruits on the fruity side, chocolate and spice as well. Wide and flavorful mouthfeel, medium acidity, good tannins with vivacity, and a finish with a hint of cocoa.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes perfectly with red meat dishes and grilled white meat.
