Winemaking:
This wine is made from grapes from the 2017 harvest and, to a lesser extent, from 2018. It was made from grapes dried on the vine and harvested in the last week of November. Fermentation took place together with the skins for almost a month in used French oak barrels (3rd year). After fermentation, part (90%) of the wine remained in barrels for 4 years and the rest in stainless steel.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 9-12ºC.

Starters, with highlights including the classic foie gras, blue cheeses, desserts made with dried fruits, cheesecake and crème brûlée.
