The marked night humidity and the dry, hot days of October and November created the ideal conditions for the selection of noble rot in the vineyard. In the family cellar and in a traditional way, all the knowledge and techniques suitable for obtaining a wine with minimal intervention are put into practice. Direct pressing in manual vertical press. Made natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aging in used brown barrels on fine lees for a period of 4 years.
