The grapes, coming from a vineyard in schist clay soil, were harvested on the 15th of August, essential for preserving the pure aromatic expression of this variety but preserving all the freshness, acidity, giving the seriousness and nobility that are often missing in wines of this profile. . The entire winemaking process respected the expression of the parcel as much as possible, pre-fermentative maceration 12 hours, spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts, the wine aged in total lees until bottling for 9 months.

Tasting Notes:
Very aromatic, but without excess. Slight reduction, the attack is fresh vegetal, and then an intense floral appears, and notes of white seed fruit. Very good in the mouth, fresh and vibrant, but with body and structure, lots of flavor, broad and captivating finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Goes well with Appetizers, Seafood, Cold Salads, Sushi.
