Winemaking:
Complete destemming and crushing, fermentation between 12º and 15º C with fine lees bâtonnage. Aging in the bottle for 24 months.

Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Fina,Viosinho,Rabigato

Tasting Notes:
Aroma of citrus and mineral fruit, presents slight evolution and complexity.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature between 10 and 12ºC.

Food Pairing:
