The wine ages in stainless steel vats for 9 months, during which time the wine is subjected to regular tastings.

Tasting Notes:
Pale, lemon yellow. Clear and transparent. Smooth, aromas of white fruit (pear) and notes of boxwood. Elegant, with a fine structure and remarkable freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles should be stored lying down, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place. This wine should be consumed at a temperature of 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with dishes containing white meat, fish, seafood, mushrooms, vegetarian/vegan dishes, salads and mild cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
