After rigorous selection of grapes and destemming, we proceeded to a pre-fermentation maceration, followed by a light grape pressing. Then the must had a settling period, followed by the fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. At the end of alcoholic fermentation the wine aged for a period of six months, during which took place bâtonnage.

Viosinho,Arinto,Rabigato,Gouveio
Tasting Notes:
Citrus yellow colour. Fruity with particular emphasis on fresh fruits and citrus, combined with floral notes. Check intense and attractive, followed by an elegant freshness, ending with a medium and creamy finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be drink around 8-10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
