The grapes go directly to the press with destemming and crushing, cold settling 48h; Alcoholic fermentation at 14ºC.

Tasting Notes:
Lemon colour. Aroma of apricot, peach, white flowers and pear notes. Stone fruit and lemon. Balanced, medium-bodied with a lingering finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, as well as accompany fish dishes and seafood.
