Manual harvest in small boxes of 20Kg, total destemming, fermentation in traditional presses with treading on foot for 6 days. Aging for 12 months in used French oak barrels with baton. Aging in bottle for 18 months.

Tasting Notes:
Very aromatic, floral, very intense, stone fruit. Oxidative notes and almonds. Elegant tannins and good acidity. Final marked. Notes of almond and ripe apricots.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Highly gastronomic, accompanies meat dishes as well as fish. Very versatile.
