Product details
The grapes are transported to the winery in small plastic crates and undergo a rigorous manual sorting process. They are then destemmed and gently pressed. The must is transferred to a stainless steel vat where it is kept at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until it is decanted. The wine is then transferred to new 400-litre French oak barrels, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14ºC for a period of 5 weeks.
