Tasting Notes:
The colour is bright and concentrated. "Beija Flor – A Harmonia Tinto 2021" captures the Douro's profile in a bottle. This is because it originates from all types of Douro grape varieties, from terraced vineyards, high-altitude vineyards, and different orientations and altitudes. The nose reveals floral notes of violet, with brief nuances of graphite on a base of red fruits such as raspberry, currant, and cherry. On the palate, it is the ultimate expression of elegance, with a delicate structure and excellent acidity. It finishes long, persistent, spicy, and fresh. The oak is extremely discreet, but complemented by balsamic or menthol notes that make it very sophisticated.
