Tasting Notes:
Intense and complex aroma with notes of ripe red fruits and well-integrated wood, in the mouth it is voluminous, with good structure, good tannins, and balanced acidity. Long and persistent finish with hints of spices.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
