Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Barroca,Touriga Franca
Tasting Notes:
Very intense red colour. It has a strong aroma with good intensity and complexity which brings out the ripe berries, plum, mineral notes with a balsamic touch. In the mouth, good body, with firm tannins and a sweet tooth, focused on fruit and a very long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature between 17 º C and 19 º C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with spicy dishes and red meats and sheep cured cheeses.
