Careful vinification in small batches under unique ripening conditions, with natural over-ripening. The final blend is made up of the best wines. The wine was aged for 24 months in new 500-litre French oak barrels, followed by 24 months in the bottle. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged in new 500-litre French oak barrels for 24 months. After this period, the wine is stabilised and filtered, followed by bottling and a further 24 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
The nose is full of intense and inviting aromas of forest fruits, cocoa and tobacco. Full-bodied and powerful, with firm tannins and balanced acidity. The palate is voluminous and enveloping.
Store and Serve Advices:
Piano 17 is perfect for immediate consumption. It shows ageing potential of 10 to 15 years. Store in the cellar with the bottle lying flat. It should be served at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Piano 17 is an intense wine that pairs excellently with stewed meat, black fruit jelly and strong cheeses.
