Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels, with a limited production of around 1500 bottles.

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, aromas of lemon, peach, orange blossom, and a touch of minerality. The wood is very well integrated, giving it complexity. On the palate, it has freshness, structure, vibrant acidity, unctuousness and a long, persistent finish. An elegant, complex white wine full of personality, with a captivating label.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, as well as accompanying fish and seafood dishes.
