Grapes carefully selected in order to use as little sulphur as possible. After total destemming, pressing and careful cold settling, fermentation took place at low temperatures, in order to enhance the fresher fermentative aromas.

Tasting Notes:
Young wine, but very expressive. Floral aroma, with notes of bee wax, honey and a light touch of vanilla. Yet discrete, easily identifiable primary aromas. In the mouth it is mineral, with good structure and very persistent. Lively acidity, with a slight sweetness at the end.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed between 10 - 12 º C.
Food Pairing:
It is a very good company for light meals of fish or with meats.
