Winemaking:
Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca
Tasting Notes:
A very interesting Douro, structured, light and smooth. Tannin and perfumed, with notes of oak and vanilla. Long and fruity on the palate.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with red meat, game meat and pasta.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
