The grapes come from selected varieties from Bairrada and Lisbon (Bucelas). After de-stemming, the grapes were gently pressed and the must clarified by static decantation. The next stage was alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation occurred at temperatures between 15 -17ºC. After alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, part of the wine was kept on fine lees.

Tasting Notes:
Attractive citrine yellow and slightly golden in colour. Aromatically intense with notes of ripe peach, melon and white flowers, balanced with a touch of vanilla. The mouth is enveloping, with excellent integration of American oak, finishing very long, balanced and pleasant.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle must be stored in a cool place and protected from light. Stored in ideal conditions, it can evolve positively for a minimum of 3 years. Serve between 8ºC - 10ºC in medium/large wine glasses.
Food Pairing:
The perfect combination for grilled vegetables, pasta with cream sauce, sushi and grilled poultry meat.
