Product details
Quinta da Torre's Alvarinho comes from a soil of river terraces with granite origins. The Bical from Quinta das Bágeiras grows in clay soil with a strong limestone component. The musts were fermented in used French oak barrels of 400 litres for Alvarinho and 500 litres for Bical. Both were aged for 9 months in used barrels.
