It ferments without skin at a controlled temperature in used oak and chestnut casks. It makes malolactic. Aged for 6 months in barrels and stainless steel (50/50) without sulphur. 4. It is bottled unfiltered, without collage and without sulphur.

The Duckman spirit is not easy to define, it is a mixture of heritage from our ancestors with an intergenerational spirit of looking at the world in general and wine in particular. In addition, it was defined as an Artisanal Wine Project that aims to raise questions about customs and trends associated with the world… and also with wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10 and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Young and delicate, it should be served chilled with fish, seafood, poultry and young meat dishes.
