Wine resulting from the fermentation of white-skinned grapes in an open spout (without the juice coming into contact with the skins).

Encruzado,Cercial,Malvasia Fina
Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow colour. Very complex aroma, with evident mineral notes, phosphorus, spices, dried vegetable, very fruity notes and dried flowers. The wood notes are perfectly integrated and virtually imperceptible. It has great freshness and taste volume, yet is also elegant, and quite persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.

Contains sulphites.
