Manual harvest followed by destemming. The grapes go to a marble lagar where fermentation takes place and the traditional foot treading is carried out, followed by an 18-month aging in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Very complex aroma with notes of spices such as cardamom and pepper, menthol, rock rose and plum. Very balanced, voluminous, creamy, with firm tannins and an elegant and long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 15/16 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pairs with Wagyu beef tenderloin with sautéed vegetables, codfish or grilled meats.
