Greenish yellow colour. Elegant and fragrant, with notes of citrus. Good freshness in the mouth, with fresh and well balanced fruit. Medium finish, combined with a refreshing acidity.

Serve between 12-14ºC.

Drink with soft cheeses, fat fish, fillets of swordfish and white meats.
