Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvesting with 15kg perforated boxes. Cercial harvested in the 1st week of September. Pre-fermentation skin maceration for 4 hours, followed by gentle pressing. Start of fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature. Final fermentation in used 400L French oak barrels for 10 months with batonnage.

Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve the wine chilled, around 10-12ºC.

It goes well with fresh seafood, grilled fish, and salads.
