Doravante Arinto is a white wine made almost by hand, with a special selection of grapes from old vines of the Arinto variety. Fermented only with natural yeasts in oak barrels, letting nature take its course for nine months, it is a unique wine for its complexity and personality.

Beautiful aroma, elegant dried fruit, ripe citrus fruit, broken minerals. Fresh but broad mouthfeel, savoury, green apple, with a striking milky side and a finish with exceptional notes of dried fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
This wine has great potential for aging and will reveal different faces throughout its life in bottle. Drink at a temperature of 10 º C to 11 º C.
Food Pairing:
A perfect wine to enjoy with food, try it with baked fish, soft goat cheeses, white meat and cod dishes.
