Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming and smooth crushing of the berry. As fermentation reservoirs the producer has the traditional granite lagares with foot treads, stainless steel fermentation vats and for small batches, pvc food containers or fermentation in new 500 liter French wood barrels. Monovarietal are the only Quinta da Boavista wines aged in 500 liter barrels. After aging from 15 to 20 months, light gluing and subsequent bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 16-18°C.
