Winemaking:
It is an unrepeatable wine, uncopiable year after year, with a heterogeneous composition of small quantities, a few liters of each of the best barrels, passing through a long tasting skill until the final result. Totally destemmed. Unfiltered. 12 months aging in French oak barrels . Total quantity: 5000 bottles.

Mirabilis Red mirrors the wine years with greater depth at Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, reflected in a dense wine, intense in aromas, three-dimensional, with enormous physical persistence, deep and very precise.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a dark and cool place (12 a 14ºC), in horizontal position and no vibration. Serve at a temperature of 15 - 16ºC.

Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.

Contains sulphites.
