Winemaking:
Manual harvest for small boxes, with manual selection of the bunches. Total destemming, with fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Separate vinification, taking into account the great maturity difference between the grape varieties. Ageing in used French oak barrels for 15 months, followed by 9 months in the bottle.

Touriga Nacional,Alfrocheiro
Tasting Notes:
Wine with an intense, bright ruby colour, fine balsamic aromas of grapefruit and bergamot at the start, then the delicate mark of Alfrocheiro and ripe black fruit. On the palate, it's broad and fresh with perfectly balanced tannins. The finish hints of dark chocolate, toast and spice. A wine to start drinking and enjoying now, but which will continue to grow in the bottle for many years to come.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with red meats, stews and roasts.
