Product details

Winemaking:
The Jaen grape fermented in stainless steel vats, very slowly at temperatures of 18ºC, in order to guarantee an aromatic freshness and gustatory elegance. The wine was aged in stainless steel for 13 months and then bottled.

On the nose, the ripe cherry is associated with floral notes, with the freshness of the mountain very present, with a vibrant acidity and strong character. The long aftertaste leaves a slight balsamic aroma.

Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 14 to 17ºC. It is a wine that can be stored, with a longevity of 10 years.

Food Pairing:
Combine with strong meat dishes, such as lamb, varied game dishes or sausages. Also very good with strong cheeses and fatty fish.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
