Product details

Winemaking:
The Alfrocheiro and Rufete varieties were fermented in stainless steel tanks, very slowly at temperatures of 16 degrees, with light fermentation to ensure aromatic freshness and gustatory elegance. The wine was aged in stainless steel for 16 months and 6 months in the bottle.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
