Grapes harvested in 18kg boxes, fully destemmed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Aged for 3 months in used French oak barrels.

Trincadeira,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Barroca
Tasting Notes:
Ruby red colour. Aroma with notes of plum with light wood well integrated. In the mouth it has a good volume with acidity and balanced tannins where red aromas stand out, making the wine elegant.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine matches perfectly with beef, roasted meat, barbecue and strong cheeses.
