The versatility of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety sparked interest in producing this intensely colored wine, with an aroma of red fruits and soft notes of eucalyptus. The tannins are very present and the acidity is very pronounced, revealing the full potential of this grape variety in the Beira Interior region. Stainless steel and bottle age are the only stages of this wine, and decanting is recommended before serving.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby color, nose where the fruit prevails, intensity of the red fruit, in the mouth the acidity is striking with an intense finish, it is a tannic wine with a minty finish reminiscent of eucalyptus.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
