Product details

Winemaking:
Harvested by hand in 20kg boxes, with selection on a sorting table. Fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control for 2 weeks. After malolactic fermentation, ageing in French wood until bottling in spring 2015, with slight filtration. Ageing for 2 years in bottle.

Rufete,Baga

Intense colour, complex aroma of ripe fruit, with nuances of cistus, pine and dried grass. Soft tannins and a long finish. Suitable for ageing for several years.

Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal serving temperature 16 to 18ºC.
