Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour with a slight evolution. Good intensity and complexity, with smoky notes, ripe fruit such as black cherry and violet floral suggestions. Fruity, vigorous, with firm tannins but tamed by 6 months of stage in wood. Elegant, velvety set, displaying a harmonious finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve it between 16 to 17°C.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
