Grapes harvested in 18kg boxes, fully destemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control, followed by a long maceration, ending with gentle pressing. Malolactic fermentation in used French oak barrels. 18 months in used French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
It presents a nose rich in notes of red fruit, spices and a certain menthol touch. On the palate it shows a balance where the tannins show some firmness, but at the same time, good integration with the wood and the fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16 and 18 ºC.
Food Pairing:
It pairs well with red meat and game, as well as various types of cheese. Partridge stuffed with duck liver and truffles.
