Tasting Notes:
Yellowish green colour. Fruity aroma with a slight touch of almond. Slightly spicy and fresh.
Storage:
This is an entirely natural product; in low temperatures precipitation may occur. This does not affect the quality of the product. Olive oil should be stored away from direct light and heat.
Perfect Serve:
Ideal to give a gourmet touch to dishes like Carpaccio, cold salads, grilled vegetables, grilled mushrooms, canapés and pastries.
