This extra virgin olive oil was obtained directly from olives selected exclusively from this property. It was also extracted by traditional mechanical processes and at low temperatures, in order to guarantee the preservation of its nutritional compounds.

Tasting Notes:
Deep yellow color greenish, herbaceous aroma and fresh flavor. Shows a complex, lingering finish, with a prolonged freshness.
Storage:
This is an entirely natural product; in low temperatures precipitation may occur. This does not affect the quality of the product. Olive oil should be stored away from direct light and heat.
Perfect Serve:
Use preferably in uncooked dishes, because it loses flavor when heated. Use olive oil to harmonize the spices in a dish, or just to highlight flavors and to add body and depth.
