Tasting Notes:
Clean and intense red colour. Red fruit aroma and subtle pepper notes. Structured with a pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
The ideal serving temperature is between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with chicken stew, Bolognese pasta, roasted turkey, lamb chops and the traditional Alentejo pork.
