Tasting Notes:
It has an open ruby colour and an intense, complex aroma, unlike anything common in today's reds. In the mouth it is fresh, velvety, elegant and with an attractive finish, as a result of an intense aftertaste.

Roasted meats, grilled meats, sausages toasted in the oven, pasta with tomato sauce.
