Winemaking:
It is produced using an ancestral method. The wine is bottled during the harvest and the alcoholic fermentation ends inside the bottle, leaving the fine lees in contact with the wine and there is no subsequent filtration or addition of products. The result of the fermentation naturally creates a smooth and elegant bubble.

Tasting Notes:
Primary aromas, with an elegant green apple note, well integrated with the citrus fruits of the Arinto variety. In the mouth it is soft and persistent, medium mousse, vibrant and balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 8º/10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany fish dishes, seafood and some lighter meat dishes.
