Tasting Notes:
The sparkling wine has a very intense nose of green apple and very evident wood, the result of its 150 days of aging in barrels, followed by 26 months of 2nd fermentation in the bottle. In the mouth it is delicate, fine bubble and acidity, some notes of vanilla and a slight blackberry.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 6-8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent companion for appetizers of salmon, oysters, or just the natural flavour at any time.
