Product details
Grapes harvested in 15kg boxes, fully destemmed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, followed by long maceration and ending with a smooth pressing. Aged 12 months in used French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Delicious and rich aroma of ripe berries, herbs and spices. Ripe and generous fruity with good fruit sweetness and healthy acidity. Good fermentation and spice elements. Tamed tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine matches perfectly with beef, roasted meat, barbecue and strong cheeses.
