Tasting Notes:
Herbal on the nose with notes of fennel, not too sweet/medicinal. Minty, fresh notes aniseed in the middle well rounded by the sweetness, some residual sugar on the palate, but with a good length of flavours.
Storage:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.
Perfect Serve:
Traditionally, liqueurs are served chilled as an after-dinner digestive. Excellent to drink chilled, with ice or in cocktails. Much appreciated as an ingredient to make desserts or to add a special touch to sauces and main dishes.
