Originating from spirits vínicas and selected for the House Ramos Pinto, has a middle age of 15 years. The preparation of the shares, his reduction and aging are continuously following, year by year, even to his perfect maturing, when are used hooves of Portuguese oak mixed with wine of Port. It is through this process, which acquires determined types of tannins and phenolic substances ,that contribute to his characteristics bouquet and taste.

Storage:
