Preparation process: distillation of wines from the Bairrada region, specifically fermented for distillation and subsequent aging. Aging for more than 7 years in large capacity barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense topaz colour, with slight greenish tones. Intensely fruity aroma, presents nuances of exotic wood and dried fruits. In the mouth it is fruity, starting soft, followed by notes of complexity, the result of maturation in different wood.

Serve at 18/20ºC.

Perfect for digestive.
