Winemaking:
Vinification in a wine press, with traditional foot treading and strict temperature control. Ageing for 3 months in French oak.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga nacional,Touriga franca,Tinta roriz,Tinta barroca

Tasting Notes:
Wine with soft tannins, good structure and with a ripe red fruit flavour and with fruity and elegant aroma.

Store and Serve Advices:
6 years of potential bottle aging. Serve between 16ºC-18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Good with traditional Portuguese dishes.
