Winemaking:
It combines the classic profile of a great white fermented in used wood and the unique terroir in the Douro Superior, dominated by granitic soils. Prepared according to the classical method, it undergoes a first fermentation and aging of 8 months in French oak barrels, followed by the second fermentation in the bottle, with a 30 month staging in cold and regulate temperature.

A sparkling wine with distinct profile, marked by the explosion aromatic, balanced acidity and good structure, which give the wine great precision and dynamism.

Serve between 6º and 8º C.
