Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
On the first contact the impression it's a dense wine, still and closed with slight austerity to emerge, black peppercorns, black chocolate, tobacco, fruit (cherries, blackberries, raspberries) very clean and mature.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal accompaniment to strong flavoured meat and game dishes and strong cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
