Tasting Notes:
Topaz color with golden copper nuances. Exuberant, characteristic bouquet, with striking notes of spice and dried fruit, ripe fruit preserves, aged brandy, and honey. Sweet, very rich, and smooth, with a long, warm finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif, serve at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert wine, serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as a digestive, it goes well with fruit cakes, cream biscuits, and crème brûlée.
